Erin Radbourne joined us at Under-16 level from MK Dons ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

In her first season with the Club, she played 18 times for the Under-19s in all competitions, 13 of those in the Professional Game Academy League, and played a crucial role in their run to the Capital Cup Semi-Final, including a penalty shootout heroics over QPR in the second round of the competition.

She also joined Chesham United on a dual-registration in January, 2025, where she featured regularly at FA Women's National League level for around two months before returning to the Club.

In April, 2025, Erin was involved in a WSL matchday squad for the first time as she was named amongst the substitutes for our trip to Liverpool.
