Central defender Pele Arganese-McDermott was born in Marbella, Spain, and moved to England when he was four.

With Luton Town's Academy until 2021, he attended Cedars Upper School in Leighton Buzzard and after going full-time with us in July, 2022, he signed his first professional contract in September, 2022.

Unfortunately, injury problems restricted his game time with our Under-18s and also during his first season at Under-21 level in 2024/25, although he enjoyed a solid run in the team mid-way through that season.
