Player Season Stats

London-born Damola Ajayi was previously at Bromley FC before joining our Academy.

Formerly a pupil at Haberdashers' Aske School, the forward, who usually operates either off the right flank or as a number nine, made two appearances for our Under-18s in 2021/22 while still a schoolboy.

He went full-time with us as a scholar in July, 2022, and was part of our Under-17 and Under-18 Premier League Cup double-winning side in 2022/23.

Damola signed his first professional contract mid-way through the 2023/24 season, making a number of appearances in our Under-21s' Premier League 2 title-winning campaign while still technically an Under-18s player.

After a handful of opportunities to travel with our first team squad, he made his senior debut in our UEFA Europa League victory at home to Elfsborg in January, 2025, marking the occasion with a superb goal just moments after coming off the bench. He was named as a substitute for our historic victory over Manchester United in the final in Bilbao.

In the summer of 2025, he joined League One side Doncaster Rovers on loan for the 2025/26 campaign.
