Mikey Moore has been selected to represent England at this summer's UEFA Under-19 European Championship Finals in Romania.

The 17-year-old forward has been named in Will Antwi's 21-player squad after helping his nation top their elite qualifying round table in March to progress to the last eight of the competition this June.

Drawn in Group B, the Young Lions start their campaign against Norway at the Ilie Oana Stadium in Ploiesti on Saturday 14 June (kick-off 3pm UK). They then head to the capital of Bucharest to play Germany at the Arcul de Triumf Stadium on Tuesday 17 June before taking on the Netherlands in their final group game at the Giulesti Stadium three days later (both 6pm UK).

The top two nations from the groups will then progress to the semi-finals which will be held on Monday 23 June, with the final on Thursday 26 June.

England's previous appearance in the competition came in 2022, when a youth side featuring Spurs Academy graduates Dane Scarlett and Alfie Devine went all the way to lifting the trophy following a 3-1 victory over Israel after extra time in the final.

Mikey, who has nine caps at this level to date, will be hoping to repeat that feat to cap a memorable campaign on a personal note that has seen him start in the Europa League and Premier League across his 19 senior appearances so far in 2024/25, and score his first goal for the Club against Elfsborg on 30 January.
