Our Women’s Under-19s will take part in a new-look FA Women’s National League (FAWNL) Cup for the 2025/26 season.
The tournament will see 16 Professional Game Academy (PGA) sides participating alongside teams in the FA Women’s National League, giving our new Head Coach, Sabiha Jamal, and youngsters the unique opportunity to test themselves against senior opposition.
For the first time in the competition, it will begin with a group stage with 88 sides split into 22 groups of four, with three FAWNL sides to face at least one PGA side. Each PGA team will play all group stage games away from home.
The group winners, along with the 10 best runners-up, will progress to the FAWNL Cup knockout stages.
Whereas the remaining 10 runners-up, plus the 20 best third-placed teams, will advance to the knockout stages of the FAWNL Plate.
We have been drawn into Group M, where we'll travel to play Luton Town, Oxford United and MK Dons.
Our Under-19s will face Luton Town in the opening group game on Wednesday 20 August before taking on FAWNL Southern Premier Division side Oxford United on Sunday 7 September.
We will conclude the group phase of the competition on Sunday 28 September as we take on MK Dons.
Kick-off times and venue will be announced in due course, alongside ticket information from the hosts clubs.
