Club releases Fan Engagement Plan 2025/26

Fri 15 August 2025, 16:10|Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur has today published its annual Fan Engagement Plan for the 2025/26 season.

The Fan Engagement Plan forms part of the Premier League's Fan Engagement Standard (FES), which we welcomed upon announcement in March, 2023.

Within our Fan Engagement Plan, supporters will find our commitments to you, pledging how we will engage with supporters from across the fanbase. Our commitments include:

  • Ensuring supporters are always at the heart of our decision-making
  • Consulting meaningfully with supporters and on the matters most important to you
  • More regular and authentic communication from the board and senior staff
  • Working together with supporters to build stronger relationships and provide the best possible experience
  • Continuing to reward and celebrate our amazing supporters in the UK and across the world
  • Creating new ways to engage and inspire our younger generation of supporters

Our plan also features a review of some of the key moments from the 2024/25 season, that were created through listening to and working together with supporters. These include the return of the Bill Nicholson Gates to the stadium environs, ensuring fairer access to away match tickets, a new matchday tribute video - Spurs: In Memoriam, creation of a junior supporters’ focus group, and working with supporters’ groups, such as THFC Flags, to create the memorable atmosphere initiatives we saw during our Europa League campaign.

The 2024/25 season also saw the Club consult together with the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) and Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) on a range of ticketing matters, including ticket pricing, the reintroduction of the Automatic Cup scheme, and ongoing availability of Senior Concession Season Tickets.

Further updates will be made to the Fan Engagement Plan and communicated to supporters throughout the season as we continue to work together with supporters’ groups on new initiatives and consult with our FAB and THST on the things that matter most to you.

The next meeting of the Fan Advisory Board takes place on Tuesday 9 September, 2025.
