Ange Postecoglou has made five changes from the team that started at Fulham in our last game on 16 March.
Micky van de Ven returns to the team to partner Cristian Romero at centre-half - in place of Ben Davies - while in midfield, Lucas Bergvall and James Maddison come in for Archie Gray and Yves Bissouma.
In attack, captain Heung-Min Son and Wilson Odobert start, with Brennan Johnson and Mathys Tel named on the bench.
